Our continuously evolving turning department is responsible for the production of a significant part of our product range. The flexibility and efficiency of this department allow us to respond to different customer requirements with precision and timeliness.

Parts are machined using a variety of machines, chosen according to the specific material and dimensions. For smaller, delicate components, we use agile and precise transfers, while for larger, more complex parts, we employ powerful and reliable multi-spindle units.

All our machines are equipped with automatic loading systems, with some boasting advanced robotic loading systems with optical part recognition, ensuring maximum efficiency and reduced errors.

Machining specifications:
Machining from bar: up to 72 mm diameter and 250 mm length.
Machining from moulded parts and blanks: up to 150 mm.
