Precision polishing: advanced technology and guaranteed quality

Established in 1998, our polishing department was created to ensure direct control of a crucial process in the production of high quality items. This department was expanded and moved to a new location in 2016, adapting to the growing demands and new technologies in the industry.

Currently, the department is equipped with advanced, fully automatic polishing carousels with independent palletising systems. These machines ensure efficient and uniform processing, minimising manual intervention and guaranteeing consistent quality of the finished products.

In addition, we have implemented two anthropomorphic robots, specifically designed for polishing large plates or parts with special designs. These robots offer exceptional precision and the flexibility to handle complex shapes and delicate surfaces.

To complete the department, we have a manual polishing unit, mainly used for material sampling and testing. This allows us to carry out strict quality controls and experiment with new polishing processes before implementing full-scale production.
