Advanced electroplating plant: automatic efficiency and NSF-certified quality

Built in 2001, our in-line electroplating plant is a state-of-the-art facility with a production capacity of approximately 1000 frames per day. This fully automatic plant is equipped with a sophisticated PLC system for frame recognition, ensuring precision and uniformity in the galvanising process.

The loading and unloading of the frames is done manually by trained and qualified operators. This human intervention is essential to guarantee the quality of the treated surfaces, allowing accurate and timely control throughout the production line, without compromising the efficiency of the system.

In 2019, the plant was awarded the prestigious NSF certification, attesting to its compliance with the strict standards required for the production of items for the American ‘Food & Beverage’ market. This certification is an important confirmation of our commitment to quality and safety and opens up new opportunities in the international market.
